UC San Diego student, faculty and staff discount available for select events. Please sign into the ticketing system with your SSO to access your benefits.

Policies

Ticket Refunds
All performances at the Epstein Family Amphitheater will go on, rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. In the case of inclement or severe weather, instructions will be shared with ticket holders onsite, via email and online at artpower.ucsd.edu. No refunds are given after the event has been completed.

We are committed to the health and safety of our artists, students, patrons, and staff and will accommodate ticket exchanges and refunds should you be unable to safely attend an event due to Covid. Please contact amphitheater@ucsd.edu or 858-246-3600 (day of event).

Mobility
Wheelchair seating and accessible parking are available at all of our venues. Please mention your needs when purchasing tickets so that an appropriate seat can be reserved for you. Information on where to park is available at artpower.ucsd.edu/visit/directions.

Visual
Large-print programs are available if they are requested 48 business hours in advance. Please contact us for accommodation at artpower@ucsd.edu.

Assisted-Listening Devices
Arrangements can be made to set you up with assisted-listening devices or an ASL interpreter for our performances. Please place your request 48 business hours in advance. Please contact us for accommodation at amphitheater@ucsd.edu.

Accessing Your Tickets

Download your mobile tickets and save to your mobile wallet. Alternatively, you can print out PDFs of your ticket.

You can find your ticket in the email you received from triton-tix@ucsd.edu with the subject link: “Your UC San Diego Triton Box Office Mobile Tickets have arrived!” If your link is inactive, please reach out to amphitheater@ucsd.edu.

You can also find your digital tickets by logging into MY ACCOUNT page on our ticket site. (mobile only).

Show your mobile tickets at the door to enter the venue.

Ticket FAQ

You may reach the Box Office during normal operating business hours using the following methods:

Children ages two and older require a ticket. Children under 2 are admitted free without a ticket. Out of consideration for other patrons, please use discretion when choosing to bring a young child or infant. 

Please note: Rental events may have a different age policy in place. Visit their individual event page for more information.

ADA seats are available online, by phone, or in person. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Triton Box Office at 858-246-3600 or amphitheater@ucsd.edu

The Epstein Family Amphitheater has a no refund or exchange policy; however, there are exceptions (i.e. the department will refund in the case of a death in the family or serious illness in which the customer notifies and returns the tickets, canceled or rescheduled events). No refunds are given after the event has been completed.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Discounts may not be applied to previous purchases.

Group tickets are available for parties of 10 or more. Group tickets can be purchased directly online or by contacting amphitheater@ucsd.edu.
